customer information is contained within the PriceQuote quote, and the
turnkey solution has been fully configured – all of which could have
been completed within 30 seconds for basic turnkey solutions –
everything is in place to create a variety of outputs from PriceQuote.

A sales person might simply wish to generate a pricing quotation for
the customer. Depending on the situation, the sales person may or may
not want to reveal pricing on a line-item basis (providing line-item
pricing enables customers to more easily “pick apart” your pricing
proposal). No problem! PriceQuote enables sales people to select only
the items that they want to present to their customers.

In seconds, the pricing quotation is created, and can be printed or
emailed to the customer.

On the other hand, perhaps the sales person wants to create a
statement of work for the solution that not only contains the pricing
quotation, but also a specific narrative description of the products and
services being provided. Because PriceQuote already knows the specific
configuration, with a few more clicks a Microsoft Word-based statement
of work can be created that is customized for the specific turnkey
solution.
To create the statement of work, the sales person simply clicks
Documents, then SOW, and the statement of work is generated within
seconds!!
