Management Team

With over 90 years combined experience in sales, marketing and finance, the CorsPro team is poised to help you improve your sales process and sell more complex solutions, faster.

Brian Cors

President and CEO

Brian Cors founded Cors Productivity Solutions, Inc. in 2003 and serves as president and CEO. CorsPro is the maker of SalesDoc Architect™, a product configuration, pricing and document automation software solution.

Brian is a former director of marketing and assistant vice president for Mitel Networks, Inc., a $400 million provider of integrated business communications systems and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions. He created and built the Mitel direct sales and services marketing organization in the U.S. and Canada and helped increase direct sales and service revenues by over 50%. With his sales and marketing expertise, he helped to transform Mitel from a money-losing business into an industry-leader with 10% return on sales. Along the way, he provided productivity tools to hundreds of sales personnel to help them quote, propose and communicate more effectively and efficiently with customers.

Ever since Brian bought his first Compaq portable computer back in 1984, he has been obsessed with finding ways to use technology for the purpose of increasing business productivity. In the early 1990s as a marketing manager at FMC (a Fortune 500 chemicals and industrial machinery provider), Brian created his first document automation software application to help sales people communicate their proposed solutions more effectively with customers. In the late 1980s, Brian spent a few years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he honed his systems consulting and analysis skills.

In addition to his marketing and systems consulting background, Brian also spent some time in sales with FMC and Baxter International (a Fortune 500 provider of healthcare products). He understands first-hand the needs of a sales person.

Brian is an accomplished public speaker and has conducted numerous seminars and speaking engagements with audiences of all sizes on the topic of the real-world productivity benefits of technology. He is an alumnus of the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, as well as Duke University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double-degree in Political Science and Public Policy.

Brian lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife, two daughters, and two Siberian cats. Brian is a very active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and currently teaches the 6th grade Sunday school class and leads a small adult discussion group that meets bi-weekly. He used to enjoy watching the Redskins, but this year is resigned to finding his football fun as commissioner of a father/kid fantasy football league.

Sally Cors

Chief Operating Officer

Co-owner of CorsPro since its inception, Sally has gradually become more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company through the addition of her extensive organizational and communication skills.  Wearing many hats, Sally can be found planning new strategic initiatives, interfacing with future clients or conducting a multitude of behind-the-scenes activities to ensure the CorsPro team stays on-task to exceed customer expectations at every junction.

While serving as COO for CorsPro, Sally continues her 15+-year consulting business to the pharmaceutical industry, providing her expertise in drug development through marketing strategy, clinical research, communication and team-building.  Sally also can be heard on several drug companies’ 1-800 lines as a ‘voice talent.’  In addition, Sally serves as operational officer of the Cors household and provides joint oversight for the antics and activities of Brian’s and her two teenage daughters.  Sally earned a B.A. in zoology from Connecticut College and a general management MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.

Amy Thomas

Director of Business Development

Amy Thomas joined Cors Productivity Solutions in 2006, bringing with her 15 years of experience working in Finance, Sales and Marketing. At CorsPro, Amy plays an integral part in developing and growing the partner business, including integration partners such as Tigerpaw and Great America, and other strategic partners including associations and affiliates. Since the management team likes to wear a few hats at CorsPro, Amy also assists with sales and account management, working with companies to understand the needs of their business and identifying where CorsPro can help.

Prior to taking a short break from the workforce to stay home with her children, Amy worked at Verisign, Inc. as a Product Manager within the registry division. Her initial role was developing new product lines and initiatives to generate revenue, traveling extensively with the sales team and meeting with customers to help develop new product lines. Given her finance background, she played a large role in several key acquisitions within the company, both pre and post acquisition, ensuring financial objectives were met and developing innovative ideas for marketing the newly acquired product lines. Prior to VeriSign, Amy worked with Brian Cors as well as several others within the CorsPro team at Mitel Networks, Inc., where she was a Product Marketing Manager for Unified Messaging, furthering the relationship with vendors and assisting the sales team with their sales efforts.

Amy received her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University in Accounting, later receiving her CPA certification after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then returned to her hometown of Buffalo, NY where she graduated with her MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Buffalo.

Hazel Lychak

Director of Marketing

Hazel Lychak joined CorsPro in 2004, excited about the opportunity to continue her career after a two-year sabbatical at home with the birth of her fourth child. At CorsPro, Hazel is responsible for the development and launch of marketing and communications activities designed to turn complex solution providers into SalesDoc Architect users and life-long CorsPro clients. Prior to CorsPro, Hazel worked at Mitel Networks, Inc., developing and managing programs and communications to support the company’s Value Added Reseller channels. She created programs such as the Software Assurance program and the Intelligent Evolution campaign for Mitel’s telephony and later Voice-Over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) platforms. Hazel also worked with Mitel’s direct sales channel to provide marketing for the Large Account Management Program and created a comprehensive ROI tool to support digital-to-VoIP upgrade solution sales. Prior to Mitel and before starting her family, Hazel worked in marketing and channel management roles for GRC International, as well as start-up and non-profit businesses.

Hazel’s main goal at CorsPro is to evangelize this amazing product to complex solution providers so they can leverage SalesDoc Architect in their sales process, save time and win more business. Most recently, she spearheaded the CorsPro website re-launch, with an updated design and fresh content intended to make the site more friendly, usable and relevant to clients and prospects. During her “off” hours, Hazel devotes herself to chauffeuring her four kids to various sports activities (and of course cheering them on), volunteering at school and at church, and enjoying family time.

Hazel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University and an MBA from the American University in Washington D.C.

Tricia Trzybinski

Director of Client Relations

Tricia Trzybinski joined CorsPro in 2004 and began working with Brian Cors for a second time in her career as a marketer. At CorsPro, Tricia’s main responsibility is reaching out to complex solutions providers to educate them how they can win more business using sales automation tools (particularly SalesDoc Architect). In addition to the sales and education aspect of her job, Tricia likes to dig in and do some of the customization required by her clients. She can also be found helping her CorsPro colleagues with communication outreach programs.

Prior to joining CorsPro, Tricia worked with Brian in the marketing department at Mitel Networks, Inc., in Herndon, VA. While at Mitel, Tricia worked as a Marketing and Communication Manager for the direct sales channel and was responsible for a repositioning campaign that updated the image of and better reflected the true nature of the direct sales channel. Moving in 2000 to the Cincinnati suburb of Loveland, Ohio, Tricia took time off to stay home with her children. During that time, she explored the world of direct business as an Independent Consultant for The Pampered Chef. Today Tricia enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them alleviate whatever sales process pain they are encountering. She is currently heading up a project where she is interviewing clients to write case studies about how they use SalesDoc Architect.

When not helping clients sell more in less time, Tricia can be found in her minivan driving her two older kids to and from soccer and basketball, volunteering at school and taking care of her family.

Hailing originally from Daytona Beach, Florida, Tricia earned a BS in Marketing from Barry University in Miami, Florida. After a few years in the workforce she attended The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her MBA in Marketing and Finance.
