CorsPro Adds NEC, Toshiba and Avaya Proposal Content to its Document Automation Software

RESTON, VA – January 7, 2010 -Cors Productivity Solutions, Inc. (CorsPro), maker of SalesDoc Architect document automation software, has added NEC, Toshiba and Avaya to its list of packaged proposal content available for complex solution providers.  CorsPro already provides proposal content for Mitel, Inter-Tel, Nortel and ShoreTel solutions.  The new content, together with CorsPro’s QuickStart program and import tools to enhance set-up and management, are designed to make it even easier and faster for companies to set up and implement SalesDoc Architect.

CorsPro recognizes that many prospects are wary of long and painful implementations that often accompany the purchase of critical business software solutions.  This new content, along with the QuickStart program and import functions, seeks to alleviate that concern.

“A popular misconception for new prospects is that it will take lots of time to get up and running with SalesDoc Architect,” said Brian Cors, Founder and President of CorsPro.  “But it really doesn’t take much time to get out of the gate with a very effective solution.”  Cors suggests that new clients start with limited customization, then build on and further customize the application after they begin using it.  Current CorsPro client Chris Glenn of Black Box agrees: “With SalesDoc Architect, you can get things done simply and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how to customize it.”

QUICKSTART IMPLEMENTATION

In addition to new proposal content, CorsPro has added several tools to ensure painless set-up and easier on-going content management of SalesDoc Architect.  These tools include mass import functions that make it easy to import document sections, parts data, engineering data and part/document associations.  CorsPro also offers a QuickStart implementation program that is designed to get clients up and running fast, and provides a combination of installation and customization services that tailors SalesDoc Architect to a company’s unique sales process.

CorsPro plans to continue adding content and tools to further enhance set-up and implementation of SalesDoc Architect.  The company is preparing to release a program to cooperatively develop – with CorsPro clients – proposal, part and engineering content for various hardware manufacturers.  “We believe that our clients – who are resellers of various manufacturer solutions – are best able to help with the development of that content, as they know their specific needs better than anyone,” explains Cors.
