A new “Removal of Existing Equipment and Infrastructure” SOW sub-section has been added to the end of the Implementation section to communicate that the removal of any existing equipment is not included in the default SOW and requires an additional quotation. NEW! A new product category called “Messaging” has been added. All items related to NuPoint Messaging and the 6510 have been moved to the new product category, and will be grouped together on all output schedules. Correction. Proposals and SOWs generated when “Sum by part number” is selected for the schedule of equipment and services did not contain all of the appropriate document sections. This bug has been corrected. A new versioning scheme has been implemented for SalesDoc Architect. The version of the SalesDoc Architect software is now specified by the “SalesDoc Architect Version” (currently 3.10) at the bottom of the Base Info tab. The pricing date, which indicates the date on which pricing data was updated in the SalesDoc Architect parts master database, is also specified at the bottom of the Base Info tab. Finally, the date on which each product tab was updated is indicated by the “Tab Version” date located at (or near) the top of the product tabs. Correction. “Child” parts for system packages are no longer being imported from MPT configurations. The child parts were adding to labor hour and peripheral part requirements because these requirements were being double-counted, once in the package part itself, and again for the child parts. NuPoint tab: NuPoint IP Release 9.0 has been added, including the NuPoint SMARTmove offers. SX-200 tab: Fixed errors with T1 channel and digital link calculations for the ICP and CX. Fixed ACD agent calculation that was erroneously including agents with the CX. Manufacturing discontinued the SX-200 IP Node (p/n 50003136). 3300ICP tab: Designated SX-2000 and 3300 SMARTmove migration program end date to read “until further notice”. Marathon tab: This tab has been discontinued and deleted from your PRODUCTS directory. SALESDOC ARCHITECT MANAGER CHANGESNEW! The i4/i9 product configuration tab and related SOW/proposal content has been added. To fully incorporate the i4/i9 solution, you will need to make adjustments to your MiscProd tab and the SalesDoc Architect database (click here for more information). NEW! You can now add or modify part notes that users can access via the “Get Part Notes” button. To add part notes, you can either add them via the “Part Notes” button on the Engineering View for a particular part (which you can get to via the Parts Master), or you can import the part notes (field name: “PartNotes”) using an Excel spreadsheet. Please note that you can use Alt-Enter to add carriage returns within an Excel cell, enabling you to add multi-line part notes to the SalesDoc Architect database by importing Excel spreadsheets. NEW! A SAVE button has been added to the Parts Master view. CORRECTED. Several bugs in the Parts Master and the import function have been resolved. You can now hide the details for all services line items by clicking the “Hide services detail” radio button on the Schedule of Equipment & Services dialog box. NEW! Mitel’s digital links (item name “DigitalLinks”) are now being tracked within SalesDoc Architect, enabling you (if you wish) to utilize a SUMIF calculation (sumif(Item,”DigitalLinks”,ItemTotal)) for the purpose of calculating digital link installation costs, servicing costs, etc. NEW! SalesDoc Architect Manager can now be installed on a network drive for multi-user access (although only one user at a time can actually use SalesDoc Architect Manager). NEW! A filter function has been added to the Parts Master view. Select the field that you’d like to filter by, then enter your criteria in the Filter Criteria box, then click the Filter button. Replaced by OPSMan 7.x and Enterprise Manager Release 1.1. (See MOL Bulletin PB20050227). SX-200 tab: The bill of material tracking for several SX-200 ICP packages was corrected (previously, the bills of material for these items were in error). In particular, the number of voice mailboxes in the hospitality packages were increased from 56 to 120, which impacts training calculations. NuPoint.xls: Added New Consolidated Part Numbers for all systems MAC Upgrades. (See MOL Bulletins PA20050107, Part 1 and PA20050111, Part 2). Miscellaneous: The volt-amp power requirements have been updated for the SX-2000 peripheral node, as well as the 3300 control cabinet, NSU and ASU.
