For these users, SalesDoc Architect will periodically check for updates and, if available, will prompt each user to install the updates while SalesDoc Architect is still running (there is no longer the need to shut down SalesDoc Architect). Now there’s a single “Create End-User Update Packages” button in the Setup view of SalesDoc Architect Manager. Once clicked, SalesDoc Architect Manager will only create update packages if any programs or data have changed. For one-click importation of an MPT config export (the first option), you should name the file “export.xml”. What’s more, you can add document variables to ANY TAB within Excel (simply define a range named “DocVariables” on the tab, putting the variable name in column 1 of the range, and the value in column 2). For example, if you create a tab for your service plans, you might want to insert service-plan specific variables in the output documents.
