We’ve also recorded a series of webinars to help SalesDoc Architect users get more out of the application.

Create Winning Multi-Site Proposals with SalesDoc Architect (watch the 34:01 video).  Whether you’re proposing a solution for a campus environment or a large geographically distributed enterprise, multi-site proposals are easy to create with SalesDoc Architect. During this 30-minute webinar, we give SDA end users an in-depth look at how to configure and propose multi-site solutions, including tips on how to use various manufacturer configuration tools in conjunction with SalesDoc Architect for multi-site solutions.  The end result: a single consolidated, descriptive proposal that nicely breaks out the schedules of equipment into the different sites.  This webinar – featuring our brand-new multi-site functionality – is targeted to prospective CorsPro clients, current SDA users and current SDA Managers/Admins.

Upselling Customers with Optioning (watch the 27:25 video). This webinar shows you how you can use SalesDoc Architect’s optioning features to upsell add-ons to your prospects and customers. You’ll see how you can use SDA to present different high-level options (solution A vs. solution B), as well as to present a core solution along with one or more add-on option “packages”.

Drive Sales with Financing Options in SalesDoc Architect (watch the 27:09 video).  In this webinar, learn how you can use financing options (including for managed services) to drive sales and customer loyalty.  You’ll learn how SalesDoc Architect can help you to:

Incorporating customer-specific pricing into SalesDoc Architect quotes (watch the 26:41 video). In this webinar, we show you how you can incorporate customer-specific pricing into your SalesDoc Architect quotes and proposals. Are you contractually obligated to any customers to sell specific items at agreed-to pricing on an ongoing basis? Do you sell off of state contracts? We show you how SDA makes it easy for SDA end users to quote contracted pricing. We also show you how to incorporate customer-specific COSTING into your quotes, such as when a manufacturer provides lower costing to you to support the lower pricing that you provide to a specific end customer.

Incorporating Your Sales Qualification and Discovery Process into SalesDoc Architect (watch the 35:42 video). This webinar focuses on how to incorporate your sales qualification and discovery process into SalesDoc Architect. We show you how SDA end users can use SDA to collect qualification and discovery information that drives solutions, enables you to reflect that information back to the prospect for discussion and approval, and allows you to create compelling proposals and scopes of work that fit the prospect like a glove. During this webinar, we demonstrate how some of SDA’s newest features – including dynamic tables and bulleted lists – can be used in your qualification and discovery process.

SalesDoc Architect’s Structured Cabling Functionality (watch the 38:00 video). This webinar introduced SalesDoc Architect’s new structured cabling functionality that is available (at no additional charge) to clients subscribing to the Pro Edition of SalesDoc Architect. The webinar shows you how you can quickly and easily configure complex cabling solutions, then generate descriptive proposals or statements of work within seconds. The new cabling functionality uses a building block approach that gives users the ability to create sub-assemblies containing typical cabling products and services. The sub-assemblies can then be used as components within larger “final” assemblies to build out the complete cabling solution. Also shows in the new ability to store libraries of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

Configuring and Proposing Mitel Solutions with SalesDoc Architect (watch the 36:55 video). This webinar shows you how easily you can configure, quote and propose Mitel solutions that include all required elements – such as services, associated peripheral products and support plans – for true turnkey solutions. We show you an example where we import parts and pricing for a core Mitel solution from Mitel’s Sales Workbench, then auto-configure all of the other products and services required for the turnkey solution.

Configuring and Proposing Avaya Solutions with SalesDoc Architect (watch the 31:29 video). This webinar shows you how easily you can configure, quote and propose Avaya solutions that include all required elements – such as services, associated peripheral products and support plans – for true turnkey solutions. We’ll show you an example where we import parts and pricing for a core Avaya solution from various Avaya and distributor tools, then auto-configure all of the other products and services required for the turnkey solution. We’ll then show you how you can implement this automation in your SalesDoc Architect setup.
