Setting up, managing and using SalesDoc Architect is easy. With a QuickStart implementation, we’ll provide web-based training to quickly get your sales team set up and ready to sell. User guides, expansive help documentation, on-line training videos and client webinars are also provided to support your ongoing training needs. Administrator Training Training for Administrators, the SalesDoc Architect “super-users”, is web-based and focuses on how to get started, as well as manage and customize SalesDoc Architect through the management module. Topics covered include system set-up, application deployment, user privileges, adding content, product updates, and customization opportunities. User Training Most end users being trained have the advantage of already knowing how to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word – the two applications that SalesDoc Architect leverages to provide powerful configuration, pricing and document generation capabilities. Web-based training for new users focuses on the basics of producing comprehensive MS-Word-based proposals and other sales documents using SalesDoc Architect’s pricing, configuration, and document output menu options. |
