- Run SDA Reports
- Tier One Support for SDA Users
- Escalation of Issues to CorsPro Support
- Communicate with CorsPro Service Delivery Team (i.e. Enhancements, Customization Requests, License Usage, Etc…)
- Company Customizations in SDA
- Add new Misc Material/Items/Products to SDA database & MiscProd tab
- Add/Modify Document Sections (i.e. Reference Pages, SoW Wording, Etc…)
- Modify Values for Existing Categories (i.e. Labor Pricing Changes, Vendor Discount Changes, Etc…)
- Create New or Update Custom Tabs
- Integrate & Manage CRM Import & Integrations
- Advanced Administration
- AutoSaving & AutoNaming of quote files
- Approval Functionality
- Adding & Modifying Workflow Rules to Control Outputs or Override Presets
- User Update Management
- Create New Outputs (i.e. Purchase Agreements, Managed Services Contracts, Etc…)
- Adding workflow rules to control outputs, or override presets, etc.
- Manage Pricing Schedule Templates
